I just picked up our cow share from the butcher.

I need to figure out what do with liver. Lots and lots and lots of liver.

    1. I've never had liverwurst, and never would have thought of it. Thank you for the idea! Guess I'll have to consult my favorite cookbook (google) for a recipe ;).
