Book Review of Surviving the Apocalypse in the Suburbs

Ever wonder what a hard-core-survivalist-doomer would think of the Pollyanna future depicted/suggested in Surviving the Apocalypse in the Suburbs: The Thrivalist's Guide to Life Without Oil?

Wonder no more.

Steve Vose, The Rabid Outdoorsman, read the book and has written and published a review on his blog.

Thanks, Steve :).

  1. "Hard-Core-Survivalist-Doomer" . . . LOL . . . flattery will get you everywhere. Again thank you for providing me with a copy of your book, I really enjoyed it. Now I just need to talk the wife into letting me buy chickens!

  2. Show her a PETA video of Decoster egg farm. She'll agree ... if she likes eggs ;).

But be careful. I hear chickens are the "gateway drug" to a whole yardful of farm animals. Goats are usually next.

    Bon chance!
